If you post comments, reviews, or other content, you are responsible for what you submit. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, defamatory, sexually exploitative, hateful, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise harmful.
By submitting feedback or non-confidential suggestions about Heartale, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback to improve the service.
7. Purchases, Coins, and Subscriptions
Some features of Heartale may require payment, including subscriptions, premium chapters, or in-app virtual balances such as coins or credits.
- Prices, offers, and availability may change from time to time.
- Before purchase, you will have an opportunity to review the applicable charges.
- Payments may be processed by third parties such as Apple App Store or Google Play, and their billing terms may also apply.
- Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable once consumed or delivered.
- Virtual items have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be used only within Heartale as allowed by the service.
8. Acceptable Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
- use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access Heartale without authorization;
- bypass paywalls, security controls, or access restrictions;
- harass other users, impersonate others, or exploit the platform for spam or fraud;
- upload malicious code, disrupt service availability, or attempt unauthorized access;
- infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
9. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Heartale at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the platform or other users, or if we are required to do so by law.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heartale and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid to Heartale for the applicable service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Heartale and its affiliates, officers, partners, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Your continued use of Heartale after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity behind Heartale, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue and dispute procedures may vary depending on the jurisdiction in which Heartale is formally operated and the mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
